The Collegeville Economic Development Corporation (CEDC) is organizing Collegeville’s first Oktoberfest on Saturday, Oct. 17th. Oktoberfest runs from 4 to 8 p.m., where guests can enjoy sampling specialty beers from our area’s finest artisan breweries and craft distributors and an assortment of wines from our local wineries.
In addition to beer and wine tastings, guests will also enjoy sampling the many German and BBQ small plate signature dishes from our independent restaurants and food vendors which are included in the ticket price.
October is Breast Cancer Awareness month – A percentage of the proceeds from this event will be donated to the PA Breast Cancer Coalition, a statewide organization which helps the 12,000 women in PA who will be diagnosed with breast cancer this year alone.

Silver Sponsor – $250
A quarter page ad in the event brochure (2 3/4 x 4 1/4). Business name on event t-shirts. Also, public address announcements throughout the day of the event.
Bronze Sponsor – $100
A business cards size ad in the event brochure (2 3/4 x 2 1/8). Representation of your business or organization through a small display during the event, logo and recognition in some promotional activities including CEDC websites, facebook, and twitter. Also, public address announcements throughout the day of the event.
Keg Sponsor – $50
A flyer with your business or organization’s name and phone number will be hung in the beer garden. All keg sponsors will be publicly announced twice during the event.
