The Collegeville and Trappe area parade will be held on Memorial Day, Monday, May 27 starting at 10 a.m. (no rain date).
About the Parade
The parade begins at Augustus Lutheran Church on Seventh Avenue in Trappe, proceeds down Main St. to First Avenue at the Trappe Shopping Center, then right on First Avenue to the entrance to Waterworks Park.
The parade ends there at noon with a Remembrance Observance followed by a Community Day. The after parade events feature great food, live music, and free entertainment and games for kids.
Each year the parade attracts about 800 participants and over 3,000 area residents. We welcome you to join our community parade as a spectator or participant!
Call for Participants
The parade features music, marching bands, historic re-enactors, decorated floats, dancers, antique vehicles and non-profit groups, as well as special brigades, motorcycles, and special vehicles. Bikes, animals and any people, animate or inanimate objects that can walk or roll a mile down Trappe Borough’s Main Street are welcome to join us.
