Paul Harris Fellow
Collegeville-Trappe Citizen of the Year Award
Each year the Collegeville Rotary Club honors a member of the Collegeville-Trappe community with its prestigious Paul Harris Fellowship Award presented during a celebration dinner at RiverCrest. We have had the privilege to nominate Mayor Connie Peck of Trappe, Collegeville Borough Council President Arnold Mann and Trappe Council President Fred Schuetz. All of these recipients have been leaders in our community for many years.
Our Citizen-of-the-Year is honored for putting into action our Rotary motto:
Service above Self
As a critical part of our community, we are soliciting your recommendation for our Honoree for 2013. If you would like to propose a candidate for our consideration, please send his/her name and information about them to the email or address below prior to July 1. The candidate needs to reside or be active in the Collegeville or Trappe communities and not be a member of the Collegeville Rotary Club.
We ask that you provide a brief statement of how your proposed candidate has served our community. Rotary defines “community” locally and internationally. Please include any programs in which the candidate has been active, their principle accomplishments and any references that would be helpful to our evaluation. We will keep your recommendation confidential.
Thank you for your past support of this program. We are pleased to be able to recognize these deserving individuals each year.
