This is also a Recycle Event! Bring items you no longer need to donate to Goodwill. Their truck will be in the parking lot during the Yard Sale.
Where and When
- Location and parking: Collegeville’s Waterworks Park, West 1st Avenue. Free parking.
- Date: Saturday, Sept. 6 The Yard Sale is definitely on for this date!
- Time: 9 am to 1 pm
- Vendor Spaces: NOTE: As of Aug. 17th, All Vendor Spaces Are Now Sold Out! We are only taking reservations for our Waiting List in case someone cancels.
- One 10 foot space costs $40; sellers must bring their own tables. No need to send payment in advance; money for the Yard Sale spaces is collected the morning of the Yard Sale. To reserve a space, just e-mail [email protected] with your e-mail, cell phone number, and number of spaces that you would like.
- Cancellation: Contact us immediately if you must cancel your reservation. There is no cancellation penalty.
- A Truck from Goodwill will be available in the parking lot if vendors would like to donate items that didn’t sell. All are also welcome to bring items from home to donate.
About the Yard Sale
This is the 13th year for this popular town yard sale, which features over 80 sellers, food, and a large playground area for kids.
The sale is laid out along tree-shaded, and paved paths. It’s a great opportunity to pick up some exciting treasures and low cost finds from your neighbors! The sale is handicapped accessible, and free parking for shoppers is available on the park’s large playing field. This annual event has been attracting over 3,000 shoppers each year.
“All of our sellers and shoppers love the shady surroundings, and shoppers walked away with hundreds of terrific bargains. This annual town yard sale has become one of our most popular events!” says Collegeville Economic Development Corporation’s (CEDC) President, Cathy Kernen.
Proceeds from the Yard Sale benefit the non-profit CEDC, which works to promote businesses in the Collegeville area and organizes fun events for area families throughout the year.

- Champion Lowriders Sweet Treats selling nutella crepes, milk shakes, acai bowls, smothies, ice cream, water ice, popsicles and fruit cups
- Smokin’ Bones Backyard BBQ selling coffee and tea, breakfast sandwiches and other breakfast and lunch items
