Kimberton Whole Foods opened their sixth location in the Collegeville Shopping Center in March of 2018. Kimberton Whole Foods is a family-owned and operated independent market dedicated to supporting local farmers and food artisans since 1987. They are proud to work with over 150 local producers to bring fresh natural and organic products to their shelves.

The 12,800-square-foot healthy foods grocery store—their largest to date—sells fresh local produce, meats from locally and humanely raised animals, bulk foods, and prepared foods. The store includes an in-store bakery, apothecary items and gifts. They also have a cafe where visitors can grab breakfast or lunch to eat in or carry.

The cafe menu is “made-from-scratch with wholesome ingredients from local producers and farms we trust” and made from the same “natural and fair trade products found on the shelves throughout the store”. It includes  made-to-order sandwiches, breakfast items, organic juices, and smoothies; all featuring organic ingredients. And drip and cold brew coffees and teas.

Kimberton Whole Foods Collegeville is their sixth location in the Greater Philadelphia area. Other stores include: Downingtown, Douglassville, Ottsville and Malvern, and their parent store in Kimberton.

“This (is) our largest store yet, including an extensive bulk foods department, expanded food service offerings and ample indoor and outdoor seating,” said Terry Brett, owner of Kimberton Whole Foods. Stop in soon.
